You will be asked for your membership number (NRA PERDAMI) in the registration portal.
Individual Registration
- Access the online registration page on https://indepth2025.inascrs.org/registration
- Click Registration menu
- Select Registration Category accordingly
- Complete your data
- Click Finish Registration
- Make online payment

Group Registration
To register for other person by group / vendor / sponsor, you can follow the steps as explained above, or by group login.
- Vendor should contact Committee for group login access by request to secretariat@inascrs.org
- The Committee will contact to you to make a group account and login credential
- The Committee will produce a voucher code along with a guarantee letter of payment. It is also possible to carry out a direct payment as explained in the Payment section of Personal Registration.
- Please login to https://indepth2025.inascrs.org/login
- After successful login, the Group Dashboard will appear sponsor dashboard
- Click on Event Registration to start registering participant.
- If the participant is an INASCRS member, click Register INASCRS member.
- Type in the doctor's name to search for their data.
- Data on current registration status and INASCRS membership activity status will be shown accordingly.
- Choose the correct name, and the data will be filled automatically (as the data updated by the participant in INASCRS dashboard member).
- Please ensure the data is accurate, updated and valid.
- Fill in blank data with correct information.
- If the participant you are registering is a non-INASCRS Member, fill in the form completely and accurately.
- Click Finish Registration.
- Complete payment as for Personal Registration payment procedure.

Cancelation and Refund Policy
Replacement or cancellation requests must be notified in writing and received by the Conference Secretariat (secretariat@inascrs.org) not later than 31 September, 2025.
A handling charged of 5% of the registration fee and prevailing bank charges (if applicable) will be deducted from each cancelled registration. No refund will be given after 31 September, 2025.
Any refund will be processed after the meeting.
Onsite Loss of Name Badges
Name badges are to be worn at all times during the meeting and social events. Please note that badges are non-transferable. Replacement for the loss of name badges onsite is charged at USD 50 per badge

Certificate
- Information about Certificate of Attendance will be sent to your email address no later than 2 weeks after the end of the event and can be downloaded at https://inascrs.org/certificate-download
